Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon marginatus):mosquito killer

Background of the study:

The mosquitoes are horrific they're highly agressive, ona can de bitten hundreds of times withou protection. But commercial repellant sprays mostly use diethyl-meta-toluamide (DEET) a nasty chemical causes rashes, swelling, eye irritation. Worse problems that are prone to children and users that can cause anaphylactic shock, low blood pressure that can cause sickness or even death.
The search is intensifying for safe, cheap, effective locally alternatives to pesticides. Lemon grass is used as a natural mosquito killer. by rubbing the long, grassy leaves/stalk on the skin. It contains citronella oil, a safe and natural insect killer that's just effective as the commercial chemical products, especially when its fresh. Lemon grass contains more than just citronella oil that is more effective.
Statement of the problem:
The search for intensifying mosquito killer that is safe for the users which is locally alternatives to pesticides.
Hypothesis:
If lemon grass is a good alternative source of mosquito killer then it is the cheaper way to make a killer out of lemon grass.
Significance of the study:
Is to find and invent a mosquito killer which is effective and are cheaper to other pesticides.
This study can also be tried and expermented at home.
Scope and Limitation:
This study is limited on the making of mosquito killer with the use of lemon grass.
Definition of terms:
Pesticide- substance which kills animal pests
Spray- a fine mist of liquid like a waterfall
Repellant- decrease in numbers by means of any devices
